Yes! I can absolutely help with flights as a courtesy when they are part of your vacation package. I’m happy to find options that work well with your itinerary and include them in your booking if you’d like.Because airlines require the traveler to be present for changes, you will be responsible for any cancellations, schedule changes, or missed flights directly at the airport counter or through the airline. This ensures you receive the fastest help and the most accurate information.I’m always here to support you with advice, suggestions, and documentation — but any flight issues must be handled with the airline at the time of travel.

If something unexpected comes up during your trip — a question, a concern, or a hiccup — you can reach out and I’ll help guide you on what to do next.Most travel suppliers require the traveler to handle any changes or cancellations directly at the time of travel. For example, airlines and hotels can only make adjustments when they’re speaking with the guest on the reservation. I’ll point you in the right direction, share contact numbers, and help you understand your options, but you will work directly with the supplier for resolution.You’ll never feel alone or unsupported — you have both me and the travel provider on your side to make sure things get taken care of.

I typically send quotes within 3–7 days. Some trips are simple and come together quickly, while others require more research to compare resorts, cruises, flights, and special offers. I want to make sure you receive the best options for your dates, budget, and travel style. As soon as your quote is ready, I’ll email it to you with all the details, and we can review everything together.

I’ll need your travel dates, destination ideas, number of travelers, ages of any children, and an approximate budget so I can plan within your comfort zone. No. There’s never any pressure or obligation to book. You’re welcome to look through the quotes, ask questions, and take time to decide what feels right. Just keep in mind that promotions and availability can change, so if you see an option you love, it’s usually best to secure it with a deposit — but the timing is completely up to you. My goal is to help you make a confident, comfortable decision, not rush you.

I’ve traveled extensively myself — Egypt, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Hawaii, Alaska, and many more — and I love helping others explore those destinations too. Whether you’re dreaming of a national park road trip, a European itinerary, an adventure-style getaway, or something completely unique, I can design a trip that fits your dates, budget, and travel style.
Yes. I’m partnered with FlexPay, plus many travel suppliers offer their own in-house financing. FlexPay approval is based on your credit, but most vacation packages simply require a small deposit to secure your trip, and the remaining balance can be paid over time until the final payment date. I’ll walk you through the options so you can choose what works best for your budget.

If a new promotion is released before your final payment is due, I can usually apply it for you so you save automatically. Not every offer applies to every reservation, but I always check, and if there’s a way to lower your cost or add extra value, I’ll do it. You never need to watch for sales yourself — I keep an eye on it for you.
When you’re ready to book, you’ll fill out my Payment Authorization Form. This allows me to make the initial payment on your behalf using your card. After the deposit is paid, we can usually set up automatic payments directly with the supplier — either as installments or as a single payment on the final due date.You do not have to use the same card for every payment. While the deposit can’t be split between cards, most suppliers allow the remaining balance to be paid using multiple cards if needed. Everything is handled through the supplier’s secure system, and you’ll receive receipts and confirmations along the way.
Yes — in most cases, I can price match as long as we’re comparing apples to apples. If you find the exact same trip through another source for less, I’ll check with my suppliers to see if they can match it. They usually do. In the rare case that it can’t be matched, it’s typically very close, and you’ll still have the personal service, support, and peace of mind that come with booking through me — something you won’t get from a big-box site.
No. You never pay me directly. All payments are made to the travel supplier through their secure system. The only time I use your card is when you fill out the payment authorization form, which allows me to make the payment on your behalf to the supplier — but the money always goes to the resort, cruise line, airline, etc. My planning services are included at no extra cost.
