Hagan Hideaway Travel plans unforgettable vacations without the stress. I customize every trip, handle the research and booking, and support you from the very beginning until you return home. I plan everything from theme parks, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts to hotels, boutique properties, car rentals, flights (as a courtesy), and trip protection or insurance. I can also help with concerts, shows, special events, group travel, honeymoons, and family adventures. I compare options, secure the best value, watch for new discounts, and make sure all the details are handled correctly. You get expert guidance, insider tips, and personal support at no extra cost — you simply enjoy your vacation while I take care of the work.

Why are your services free?

Travel suppliers (theme parks, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, etc.) build the cost of commission into every booking whether you use a travel advisor or not. When you book through me, that commission supports a small business instead of a large corporation — and your price stays the same.You also get personalized planning, expertise, and someone who watches for new discounts. If a promotion is released before your final payment is due, I can usually apply it for you… which means you save money automatically, without doing a thing.

Do you book flights?

Yes! I can absolutely help with flights as a courtesy when they are part of your vacation package. I’m happy to find options that work well with your itinerary and include them in your booking if you’d like.Because airlines require the traveler to be present for changes, you will be responsible for any cancellations, schedule changes, or missed flights directly at the airport counter or through the airline. This ensures you receive the fastest help and the most accurate information.I’m always here to support you with advice, suggestions, and documentation — but any flight issues must be handled with the airline at the time of travel.

What if I have issues while traveling?

I’m always just a message away. If something unexpected comes up during your trip — a question, a concern, or a hiccup — you can reach out and I’ll help guide you on what to do next.Most travel suppliers require the traveler to handle any changes or cancellations directly at the time of travel. For example, airlines and hotels can only make adjustments when they’re speaking with the guest on the reservation. I’ll point you in the right direction, share contact numbers, and help you understand your options, but you will work directly with the supplier for resolution.You’ll never feel alone or unsupported — you have both me and the travel provider on your side to make sure things get taken care of.

Do you charge any fees for your planning services?

My services are 100% free to you. There is no extra cost to use my services. Travel suppliers build the commission into every booking, so the price is the same whether you book directly or through me. When you book with me, you get personal service, expertise, and support… all included.

Do you work with travelers anywhere in the U.S.?

Yes. I work with clients all across the United States. Everything can be handled by phone, email, and online forms, so distance is never an issue. Whether you’re down the street or across the country, I can help you plan and book your vacation just the same.

What do you handle for me?

I take care of all the planning and booking so you don’t have to spend hours researching, comparing prices, or keeping track of details. I handle your reservations, confirmations, payments, and deadlines. I build itineraries, secure promotions when they’re available, and make sure everything fits your budget, your vision, and your travel style. I also help with trip protection, airport transfers, dining or activity recommendations, and I’m here for support before and during your trip if you need anything. You get a beautiful vacation — without the stress of planning it.

Do you offer ongoing support for returning clients?

Yes — I’m happy to help with your next vacation and any future trips. Most of my business comes from repeat travelers, and it’s such a pleasure to work with families again and again. If a new promotion comes out before your final payment, I can usually get it applied so you save automatically.Every trip is handled fresh, and I don’t store sensitive information. How do I get started?

Click “Request Free Quote” to open the Vacation Planning Form. Fill it out with your travel dates, destination ideas, number of travelers, and anything else you’d like me to know. Once I receive your form, I’ll begin researching options and send you quotes to review. We’ll go over everything together, make any adjustments you want, and when you’re ready, I’ll take care of the booking. From that point until you return home, you’ll have support every step of the way.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

I typically send quotes within 3–7 days. Some trips are simple and come together quickly, while others require more research to compare resorts, cruises, flights, and special offers. I want to make sure you receive the best options for your dates, budget, and travel style. As soon as your quote is ready, I’ll email it to you with all the details, and we can review everything together.

Will you help me compare different resorts or cruise lines?

Absolutely. Helping you compare options is one of my favorite parts. I look at location, amenities, dining, room categories, activities, price, promotions, and reviews so you can see the differences clearly. I’ll explain what makes each option unique and help you decide what fits your vision, budget, and travel style best. You’ll always feel confident in your choice.

What information do I need to provide?

I’ll need your travel dates, destination ideas, number of travelers, ages of any children, and an approximate budget so I can plan within your comfort zone. I also love to know what kind of experience you’re dreaming of — relaxing, adventurous, romantic, family-focused, or a celebration trip. The more details you share, the better I can match you with the right options. Everything is entered through my vacation planning form, which makes the process easy and organized.

Do I have to book right away after receiving a quote?

No. There’s never any pressure or obligation to book. You’re welcome to look through the quotes, ask questions, and take time to decide what feels right. Just keep in mind that promotions and availability can change, so if you see an option you love, it’s usually best to secure it with a deposit — but the timing is completely up to you. My goal is to help you make a confident, comfortable decision, not rush you.

Can you plan custom trips outside of Disney, cruises, or the Caribbean?

Yes. I plan fully customized vacations all over the world. I’ve traveled extensively myself — Egypt, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Hawaii, Alaska, and many more — and I love helping others explore those destinations too. Whether you’re dreaming of a national park road trip, a European itinerary, an adventure-style getaway, or something completely unique, I can design a trip that fits your dates, budget, and travel style.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. I’m partnered with FlexPay, plus many travel suppliers offer their own in-house financing. FlexPay approval is based on your credit, but most vacation packages simply require a small deposit to secure your trip, and the remaining balance can be paid over time until the final payment date. I’ll walk you through the options so you can choose what works best for your budget.

Can you apply discounts after I book?

If a new promotion is released before your final payment is due, I can usually apply it for you so you save automatically. Not every offer applies to every reservation, but I always check, and if there’s a way to lower your cost or add extra value, I’ll do it. You never need to watch for sales yourself — I keep an eye on it for you.

How do I make payments for my trip?

When you’re ready to book, you’ll fill out my Payment Authorization Form. This allows me to make the initial payment on your behalf using your card. After the deposit is paid, we can usually set up automatic payments directly with the supplier — either as installments or as a single payment on the final due date.You do not have to use the same card for every payment. While the deposit can’t be split between cards, most suppliers allow the remaining balance to be paid using multiple cards if needed. Everything is handled through the supplier’s secure system, and you’ll receive receipts and confirmations along the way.

Can you price match?

Yes — in most cases, I can price match as long as we’re comparing apples to apples. If you find the exact same trip through another source for less, I’ll check with my suppliers to see if they can match it. They usually do. In the rare case that it can’t be matched, it’s typically very close, and you’ll still have the personal service, support, and peace of mind that come with booking through me — something you won’t get from a big-box site.

Do I ever pay Hagan Hideaway Travel directly?

No. You never pay me directly. All payments are made to the travel supplier through their secure system. The only time I use your card is when you fill out the payment authorization form, which allows me to make the payment on your behalf to the supplier — but the money always goes to the resort, cruise line, airline, etc. My planning services are included at no extra cost.
